You agree to use isee.art only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:
You retain full ownership of all artwork and content you upload to isee.art. We do not claim any ownership rights in your content. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to display, process, and store your content solely for the purpose of providing our services to you. This license terminates when you delete your content or account. The isee.art platform, its design, features, and underlying technology are the intellectual property of isee.art and are protected by applicable laws.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Our AI services are designed to assist with cataloging and do not modify your original artworks. AI-generated suggestions and renders are clearly labeled and separated from your documentary images. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content is provided as-is and should be reviewed by you before use.
Paid plans start with a 7-day free trial. A valid payment method is required to begin the trial; nothing is charged during it. Unless you cancel from your account settings before the trial ends, your subscription starts automatically on day 7 at the price shown at checkout.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) until canceled. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation stops future charges and, outside the refund window described below, takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Your first charge is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee: if you cancel from your account settings within 30 days of that first charge, the full amount is refunded automatically to your payment method and your subscription ends immediately. Renewal charges after that window are not automatically refundable.
We will notify you in advance of any change to subscription prices; changes apply from your next billing period.
You may delete your account at any time through your profile settings. Upon deletion, all your data, including artworks, catalogs, and profile information, will be permanently removed. We may also terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms, with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before termination when possible.
isee.art is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We shall not be held liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the service.
Your privacy is important to us. We collect and use your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data and artwork.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of isee.art after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you via email or through the platform.
