About the Work

“Lately, I’ve been thinking a lot about restraint. About the ways we learn to hold ourselves together while carrying pressure quietly. Don’t Panic began as an exploration of concealment and composure, but over time the work has become more about the tension between visibility and self-preservation . It highlights the parts of ourselves we protect, suppress, perform, or leave unresolved. This piece feels like an important turning point within the series and within my practice as a whole.”
