“Windy Meadows extends the dialogue between historical landscape and contemporary figuration, placing a reclining nude in soft pastel modulation across an expressive Dutch windmill painting. The figure appears suspended between dissolution and form, where gesture is softened into atmosphere and narrative is reduced to surface tension. Within The DANCE: Between Polarity, the work leans further into quiet instability; a negotiation between rest and movement, presence and fading, where the image holds itself in a fragile state of balance between eras of seeing.”
