This little watercolor is part of my adventures in watercolor. It’s soft and suggestive, reminding me of the trip to Europe I took w my new wife, some 60 years ago.
Peter Astor is an artist whose work weaves together abstract painting and storytelling, offering viewers a multi-sensory experience that transcends traditional art boundaries. His understanding of complexity is borne from decades immersed in mathematics and science, revealing that the creative mind needs both sides of the brain. Dr. Astor learned oil and acrylic painting under the Chilean artist Lorena Vera, C. McCoy-Bristol and Jeff Cohen. He has received multiple awards at the Essex County Arts competitions and the Koether prize for excellence WEAA galleries at Cranes Mill.
